Details QC

Inspection of incoming raw material using a caliper, micrometer, and durometer.

Visual inspection and dimension measurement of tooling on each step of the manufacturing process using CMM measuring machine with visual inspection.

  Inspection of water, electricity, oil and air during tool assembly. Verification testing after tool assembly, all moulds will be tested with a 2000-cycle dry run and disassemble and fully checking before delivery.
